California Mold Inspectors uses straightforward pricing based on the inspection scope and property size.
Specific areas and targeted mold inspections.
This option is appropriate when the concern is limited to a particular room, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, leak area, wall, floor, or other defined portion of the property.
Homes, townhomes, condos, apartments, and commercial properties.
This option is designed for broader inspections where multiple rooms or the overall accessible interior and exterior conditions need to be evaluated.
Indoor air and surface samples are $75 each and include independent laboratory analysis.
One outdoor control air sample is included whenever one or more indoor air samples are collected.
Clearance inspections are a separate service and are currently $295 + $75 per laboratory sample.
A travel fee may apply depending on the property location. Any applicable travel fee will be disclosed before scheduling.
